Hazelwood is a 100% organic Merino wool sourced from the Pacific Northwest in the US. It is a heavy DK weight yarn and hand dyed by Jorstad Creek. Jorstad Creek dyes in its Olympia, Washington studio and is known for its rich, layered colorways.

This yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time. We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects.

Hazelwood has excellent elasticity and stitch definition, and it has a medium drape.
